Refund Policy

Participation cancellation made more than 75 days prior to the beginning of the Festival: Full refund– (minus) refund processing fee of €250.

Participation cancellation made more than 45 days prior to the beginning of the Festival: refund of 50% of the tuition payment.

Participation cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the beginning of the Festival: refund of 30% of the tuition payment.

Participation cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the Festival: tuition non-refundable.

Refund request has to be made via email and all refunds will be made on credit card.
Please allow at least two weeks of refund processing time.
